Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra Review: The Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra is an upgraded version of the earlier AI-driven cordless vacuum, the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI. Although both models feature the same dock, tools, and controls, the newer version offers increased power and an enhanced AI system that can detect a wider range of floor types.
I was impressed with the original vacuum, and the enhancements in this model make it an excellent choice for cleaning the entire home, with the ability to adjust to different floor types and dirt levels.

Samsung offers a variety of detailed tools to help you handle different cleaning tasks, including:
- Active Dual Brush Floorhead
- Slim LED Brush+ floorhead

The primary floorhead is the Active Dual Brush, which features a small, fluffy roller and a larger bristle roller. This combination is designed for use on both hard floors and carpets. There’s also the Slim LED Brush+, equipped with a single large fluffy roller, specifically intended for hard floors, as the soft roller allows it to get close to the floor without causing any scratches.

Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra Design and Features
- AI Mode
- Self-emptying
- Compatible with SmartThings
In terms of appearance, the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra closely resembles its predecessor, the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI. Both share a similar design and feature the same self-emptying docking station.
The key distinction is that the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra now comes in a stylish mint-green hue, though a black version is available as well. The green color is applied to both the vacuum cleaner and its docking station, creating a visually appealing combination.

Like the original, the docking station uses 2-liter bags, which are large enough to hold four full loads from the vacuum’s 0.5-liter bin. Typically, the bag lasts about four to six weeks before it needs replacing.
On the other hand, the Shark PowerDetect Clean & Empty IP3251UKT features a bagless docking station, so there’s no need to worry about replacing bags.
Despite the presence of a bag, the self-emptying function remains very convenient. Simply place the vacuum on the station, and it automatically empties the dust while the vacuum begins charging, displaying the charge percentage on its screen.
Although the vacuum’s main bin doesn’t need frequent attention, you’ll occasionally need to remove it to clean the filter located at the back. The front flap can also be opened for washing the bin, which is recommended every month or so.
Samsung includes a variety of accessories in the box, along with a handy caddy that holds all of them except for the current floor head. The caddy features a carry handle, making it easy to transport the accessories wherever you need them.
Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra Performance
- Exceptional suction power
- Outstanding cleaning of floors and edges
- Struggles with long hair tangling
To begin my performance evaluation, I measured the suction power of the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra in AW at the handle. On its low-power setting, it registered 36AW, which is comparable to the previous model. On the mid-setting, the vacuum increased to 80AW, which is adequate for routine cleaning. However, keep in mind that the AI mode adjusts the power depending on the type of floor.
The maximum jet setting, however, was truly impressive, boosting the power to 339AW.
This level of suction is substantial. For example, the Shark PowerDetect Clean & Empty IP3251UKT could pick up rice granules from 2.3 cm away using the crevice tool.
Such power makes handheld tasks, like cleaning tight spaces in a car or dusting the bottom of a drawer, quick and efficient.
Next, I conducted real-world tests, starting with the carpet test. I sprinkled 20g of flour on the carpet and ran the vacuum through the middle of the mess using AI mode. The result was a thorough cleaning.
After weighing the vacuum bin before and after cleaning, I found that the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra had picked up 96.5% of the dust. This is an excellent result, falling just slightly behind the Shark IP3251UKT (99.5%) and Dyson Gen5detect (98.25%) by less than 1%.
For the next test, I added 10g of flour to carpet tiles right up to the skirting board. The Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra was able to collect an impressive 98.6% of the dust, placing it at the top of all the vacuums I’ve tested, surpassing the others by nearly 3%.
When testing on hard floors, it collected 100% of the rice with no grains left behind or flicked across the floor.
I also tested the vacuum on pet hair by combing cat hair into the carpet. The Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra effortlessly removed every bit of cat hair.
User Review
Automatically adjusts to different surfaces, providing a thorough clean with minimal effort.
The Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra delivers a significant upgrade in suction compared to its earlier version, making it one of the most capable cordless vacuums for tackling tough messes, all while offering strong battery life.
Its standout feature is the AI power mode, which automatically fine-tunes suction and brush speed based on the floor type and amount of dirt. This results in exceptional dust pickup and top-tier performance along edges.
It also includes a broad selection of attachments and a self-emptying charging dock, making it a well-rounded cleaning solution. The only notable downside is that the floor head lacks anti-tangle technology.
