The BCCI stood with the Indian government and armed forces during the tense situation and said, “Cricket is not above the nation’s sovereignty and security.” The board also praised the bravery of the armed forces who carried out “Operation Sindoor” in response to the recent terror attack in Pahalgam that killed 26 people.
Many of the foreign players look tense, and they are supposed to fly back soon. The IPL team stated that all of the players are safe, but they are worried.
